Moving objects
Targets for that service are motorbikes, cars and trucks, motorhomes and boats. Whatever is moving on land and sea and is provided with own power supply. Typically requested informations from those objects are: current positions, theft alarms, remote sensors status and history. Some devices can have a panic button on remote controls.
People
Portable Gps Traxxers , similar to mobile phones and PDAs, can be used for personal tracking. Selfpowered by internal rechargeable batteries, they can be carried while walking, cycling and even paragliding and their position can be followed live on the 3D Maps. Panic buttons can release alarms.
Static objects
Parked cars and boats in harbours are static objects. Like a construction asset or an expensive building machinery. With GPSTraxxer Webgate and a Worldtraxx GPS device they can easily be protected against unauthorized movements or thefts. Through current position show on Maps and geofencing based alarms ( when leaving an assigned position) .
Logger
Most of the tracking devices have an internal logger. That allows to save in the internal memory, according to settable motion and time filters, the places the unit has been during a certain period. Also Waypoints can be recorded by the user by pressing specific buttons onthe units. Accuracy of the tracks, that can be downloaded locally or remote, depend on the settings and the size of the memory.
